SOUND SLEEP

I declare that I enjoy a sound sleep after each day's work for this is the Lord's gift to me. I refuse to let the day's challenges or the unknowns of the future prevent me from enjoying this blessing. I cast every care and burden to the Lord and receive His peace into my heart and mind. I experience the refreshing influence of the Holy Spirit in my spirit, soul and body. In Jesus’ name, Amen!

So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.
